Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 5-10 business days of an order being received.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Delivery times are estimates only, and MUSE CLUB will not be held liable for any failure to observe these delivery times. 


Shipment to US P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Please note that we are not able to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number via email.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Muse Club is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Muse Club is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
